Harvey is the second-generation owner of Valley Realty and a native to the Antelope Valley. Having begun his real estate career in 1977, he offers more than 25 years of real estate experience and possess a first hand knowledge of Antelope Valley growth and trends. Harvey believes in the importance of a strong business community and is an active member of the Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce and the Greater Antelope Valley Economic Alliance.

Wayne Holloway, founder of Valley Realty, earned his California Real Estate license in 1957. In 1959 Wayne joined Chic Sale Real Estate and quickly became a partner in the firm, which then expanded to three offices. Following the passing of his partner in 1965, Wayne reorganized, changing the name to Valley Realty. After more than four decades of Real Estate experience in the Antelope Valley, Wayne now focuses primarily on land, commercial and industrial properties.
